POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Igboho is in a legal battle with the DSS over destruction of his properties and loss of lives at his residence when security operatives raided his home on July 1, 2021. The DSS is contesting a N20 billion fine, saying paying the damages awarded against it by an Oyo State High Court, sitting in Ibadan, to Igboho will affect the Nigerian economy.
